ABOUT US

As a behaviour and developmental specialist, Sparks is dedicated to understanding and supporting children's developmental needs through evidence assessments.

Developed by Tully Gordon, with just short of 40 years of experience in working with children across professional sectors, including early childhood, childcare, teaching, Kindergarten, child protection, child and adolescent mental health and intensive family support; Tully's experience is broad and comprehensive, as a developmental specialist and behaviour analyst, Tully brings a wealth of experience to understanding your child's needs and providing timely support.

 

We are consistent in utilising scientific methods and accurate observations to evaluate behaviour and development, ensuring a thorough understanding each child's unique circumstances.

 

Collaborating closely with families and child services, Sparks create tailored support plans that address both behavioural and developmental challenges.

 

Our strengths is in our ability to integrate research with practical, individualised insights providing comprehensive support that empowers children and their families.

Our priority is ensuring the information provided to support children, reflects the individual needs of each child and family.
